Profile

Mr. Singleton currently serves as an Acquisition Program Manager within the Department of the Air Force, supporting the Chemical/Biological/Radiological/Nuclear (CBRN) Defense Systems Branch at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. In this role, he leads high-impact programs that enhance warfighter survivability and readiness, working closely with senior leadership to align strategic initiatives across defense platforms.

Prior to his current assignment, Mr. Singleton supported the same branch as a defense contractor with VTG Defense, where he advanced program success through analytical reporting, contract coordination, and cross-functional team leadership. He previously served at Air Combat Command Headquarters, Langley Air Force Base, Virginia, where he managed a $2.4 billion ACAT I Joint program and developed strategic budgetary frameworks that informed senior-level decision-making across the Air Force.

As an educator, Mr. Singleton is passionate about helping learners apply leadership principles in practical contexts. He fosters environments that emphasize critical thinking, personal accountability, and professional growth—both in the classroom and beyond.
