Profile

Laura Reich is an attorney and arbitrator based in Miami, Florida. She is a partner at the firm of Harper Meyer LLP where she focuses on complex commercial and probate litigation as well as domestic and international commercial arbitration. She has particular knowledge and experience in resolving the issues particular to the telecommunications and hospitality industries and in the resolution of disputes involving art and antiquities.

A frequent author, lecturer, and adjunct professor, Laura recently published “Reversing the Silk Road: The Rapid Rise of the Art Market in Asia and its Implications,” in the International Law Quarterly; “Prepare to Win: First Steps in International Arbitration,” in the ABA’s The Woman Advocate; and “The Art of Arbitration,” again in the International Law Quarterly. She is also an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and the Court of Arbitration for Art. Her educational background includes the University of Florida College of Law (JD) and University of Florida (BA).
