Profile
An attorney at Coolidge, Wall, Womsley & Lombard, David Pierce focuses his practice on business and employment litigation. He has tried cases in state and federal courts and represented clients before the National Association of Securities Dealers and the American Arbitration Association. Pierce is a member of the Defense Research Institute, Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys and Carl D. Kessler Inn of Court, where he is chair of the programming committee. He is also a member of the Dayton, Ohio State and American Bar Associations.
He was named an Ohio Rising Star by Law & Politics magazine and featured in the August 2005 and 2006 issues of Cincinnati Magazine and Ohio Super Lawyers - Rising Star Edition. Most recently, he was named a 2009 Ohio Super Lawyer and Super Lawyer Corporate Counsel edition on the topics of Business and Employment Litigation. Pierce is vice president of the Human Race Theatre Company’s board of trustees, a member of the United Way of Greater Dayton’s Young Leaders’ Circle, and is a 2004 recipient of the Dayton Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award.
