Attorney Brittany O’Diam is a partner at O’Diam & Estess Law Group, Inc. in Centerville, Ohio. Brittany concentrates her practice on all levels of estate planning, special needs planning, elder law, and estate administration. She is dually certified as a specialist in Elder Law by the National Elder Law Foundation and the Ohio State Bar Association, and she is certified as a specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law through the Ohio State Bar Association. Brittany is passionate about helping her clients craft plans to address the unique aspects of each client’s circumstances.
Brittany is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Florida. She is active in the Ohio Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Ohio State Bar Association. Brittany serves on the Planned Giving Advisory Council for Dayton Children’s Hospital and the Leadership Team for Be Hope Church. She lives in Beavercreek with her husband, two kids, and three dogs.
