Jennifer Morgan is an experienced and accomplished Program Manager, Financial Manager, and leader with extensive experience in acquisition, finance, cost estimating, budget, strategic planning, and analysis in DoD Acquisition and is currently assigned to Wright-Patterson AFB OH.
She entered the Air Force in 1995 after receiving her commission as a distinguished graduate of the Air Force ROTC program at the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Jennifer served on active duty from 1995 through early 2001. Ms. Morgan entered federal civil service in 2002. During her civil service and active duty tenure, Jennifer has served in several acquisition program management positions at the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Air Armament Center, Aeronautical Systems Center and Headquarters Air Force. In addition, she served as a financial management appropriation manager, Chief of RDT&E and Procurement and Deputy Director, Budget Operations Directorate at Headquarters Air Force, and Director of Financial Management and Comptroller for the Air Force Research Laboratory.
