Profile

Attorney Kim Estess, of O’Diam & Estess Law Group, Inc., focuses her practice on estate planning, guardianships and special needs planning, estate administration and elder law. Kim is dually certified as a specialist in Elder Law by the National Elder Law Foundation and the Ohio State Bar Association, and she is also certified as a specialist in the area of Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law through the Ohio State Bar Association.

Kim currently serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors of United Rehabilitation Services and is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Disability Foundation. Kim is also a proud member of the Leadership Dayton Class of 2022 and was selected as a 2022 Dayton Business Journal Forty Under 40 Award Winner. She regularly volunteers her time as a speaker on estate planning and elder law topics at various community organizations around town.
