Profile

As an International Student Advisor, Catherine will be both advising students and working on programming for the ISSS office. Catherine's first international experience was when she studied in Madrid, Spain for a semester. After graduating from college, she returned to Spain and taught English in Zaragoza. She continued educating when she returned to the states as she provided supplemental education to underserved families in Canton, Ohio, where she was able to serve both English and Spanish speaking students. When Catherine moved to Cincinnati, she worked with Goodwill, supporting individuals with disabilities in their workplaces. Catherine enjoys working directly with individuals and being able to advocate and support them and give them the resources to help them grow and achieve their goals.
