Finance and Administrative Services: Human Resources

Noyra serves as a member of the senior leadership team, providing advice to the vice president, and is responsible for the overall direction and management of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Data Processing and HR Operations units. She drives and/or supports HR and pay related business process improvement through automation and enhancements, maximizes usage of existing HR systems and implements strategies and initiatives that support the university’s business objectives. Leads HR’s data stewardship responsibilities, including adherence to policies and procedures governing privacy, access to and the use of employee information. Provides management reporting and metrics to support decision making and performance assessment. Serves as a liaison between HR/Payroll, UDit, UDRI Payroll and Student Employment.
