Anthony Erickson is the Senior Lab Manager for the Innovation Center, where he oversees prototyping operations and mentors students as they move projects from concept through design, prototyping, testing, and delivery. A retired U.S. Air Force veteran with 20 years of service, he previously led an R&D flight at Wright- Patterson AFB, directing complex test programs, systems integration, and safety management initiatives. A lifelong maker, Anthony is passionate about 3D printing, laser engraving, CNC machining, and woodworking, and he brings that same spirit of hands-on innovation to his work with students. He also coaches the Gem City Grid Runners (FRC Team 10011), guiding high school students from the Dayton Regional STEM School in electrical systems, controls, and design.
