As an experienced higher education professional with over a decade of experience in admission and enrollment management, the University of Dayton embodies who I am as a professional.  As a first-generation college student, I learned quickly how important the college admission process is and knew I wanted to share that with as many students as I could.  I have always been committed to helping students access higher education through responsive leadership and service.  I've had the opportunity to serve in numerous capacities at various institutions - large and small, public and private - which have taught me a lot, but none have impacted me like UD.  I am excited to share my passion with the University of Dayton, its students and Dayton community.  The future is very bright for the University of Dayton and I look forward to being a part of it! 

I was drawn in by the Marianist tradition that permeates throughout campus.  As a higher education professional, I have always been committed to developing the whole person, and linking learning and scholarship to help pay it forward through a proven commitment to leadership and service.  The Marianist tradition aligns with my core values as a professional to find ways to work together to nurture the learning and development of students.  I'm very excited to share this tradition with the world.
