Sean Haig MPAS, PA-C is a Clinical Faculty member.  He is responsible for oversight in the year of clinical education.  In addition to helping secure new clinical sites, he is also responsible for site visits during clinical rotations as well as some teaching during the didactic year, mainly Emergency Medicine.  Sean graduated with a B.A. at the University of Cincinnati in Pre-Med and Psychology in 1996.  He worked five years as a full-time Paramedic/Firefighter and later went on to pursue post-graduate training at the University of Findlay to receive his PA-C and B.S. in 2006.  While working in the field of Emergency Medicine at Miami Valley Hospital Emergency Department he pursued his Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley in 2017.  Sean has practiced in the field of Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine since October of 2006 and still holds a clinical position with Miami Valley Emergency Specialists Inc. that staff some of the area Emergency Departments in the Dayton area, mainly Miami Valley Hospital.  He also volunteers his time at the free clinic at Reach Out of Montgomery county working clinically as well as serving on the board for that organization.
