As the Coordinator for Recruitment and Retention for the School of Education and Health Sciences, Jena is responsible for:
- Coordinating SEHS Admitted Student Day events
- Organizing New Student Orientation and Welcome Weekend events for incoming SEHS students
- Assisting with SEHS campus visits
- Managing SEHS Open House events
- Advising first-year Health and Sport Science students
- Representing SEHS on various university committees and working groups
