Personal Background
Charles joined the Career Services team in 2026 after three years in executive recruiting where he led full-cycle recruitment for entry- and senior-level positions across a range of industries. Prior to his work in executive recruiting, he worked in operations across several industries, including six years with UD's Housing and Residence Life.
Charles is passionate about helping students translate their experiences into opportunity and meeting them where they are on their career journey.
Charles is a native Daytonian. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, playing golf and supporting the Dayton community with his wife and four dogs.
