Stefanie Rich is a professional with 17 years of human resources and payroll experience. She has worked at the University of Dayton in Human Resources the past 12 years providing assistance to employees in the areas of benefits, staffing, compensation, Banner, PeopleAdmin, and Porches.
For the past 3 years, Stefanie has been working with Flyer Enterprise students to assist them during transitions and providing guidance on best HR practices. Stefanie has developed campus-wide relationships by providing excellent customer service, effective communications, and timely response to customers. Her unique background will provide the necessary foundation of trust to move Student Employment to a new level of customer service.
Stefanie lives in Springboro and enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.
