Professional Experience
Amanda joined the Career Services team after four years with the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce, where she served as Senior Manager of Business Programming. In that role, she cultivated strong relationships with regional employers and led several key programs to help businesses thrive. Her responsibilities included the Chamber's public policy and legislative events, women's professional development programming, a monthly executive speaker series and an annual golf outing.
Prior to her time at the Chamber, Amanda served as Assistant Scheduler to Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine, where she gained valuable experience in constituent engagement and strategic planning.
As a native Daytonian, Amanda is deeply committed to creating meaningful pathways between employers and the next generation of talent at the University of Dayton. In her free time, Amanda enjoys binging movies, playing with her nephew and walking her labradoodle.
