With several years of professional experience as an IT engineer, his work has appeared in leading journals including Decision Support Systems, Journal of Strategic Information Systems, and Information & Management. He has served as associate editor for the Journal of Business Analytics and as an early-career editorial board member for the Journal of Strategic Information Systems.
