Profile

Dr. Chun Zhang is an Associate Professor of Marketing and the J. Robert Berry Fellow in the Department of Management and Marketing at the University of Dayton. She serves on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Business Research, Journal of Product & Brand Management, and Marketing Education Review. Her research explores brand hate, branding, service marketing, AI in service marketing, cross-cultural marketing, and judgment and decision making.

Her work has been featured in the Journal of Business Research, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Annals of Tourism Research, Journal of Product & Brand Management, Journal of Consumer Marketing, International Journal of Information Management, etc.
