Joe earned his undergraduate degree from Clemson University and his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law. After law school, Joe practiced in Dayton, Ohio with the law firm of Dinsmore & Shohl. Joe’s professional experience includes representing numerous individuals and corporate clients on matters relating to business organization, corporate governance, risk management, shareholder disputes, trade secret infringement, and commercial property matters.
Recently, Joe transitioned to teaching full-time and is a lecturer at the University of Dayton School of Business Administration where he teaches Introduction to Business and the Legal Environment of Business.
