Profile

Dr. Harry Joo earned his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior/HR Management and his M.B.A. in Organizational Behavior from Indiana University, and his B.A. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. He currently serves as an Associate Professor of Management at the University of Dayton’s School of Business Administration, where he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in organizational behavior and human resource management.Dr. Joo’s research focuses on research methods and the study of star performers in organizations. In addition to his research, he is actively involved in curriculum development, mentoring students, and advancing best practices in teaching and organizational effectiveness.
