Prior to merging with Miller Valentine, Dave was the founding principal and partner of the Gem Real Estate Group, a real estate brokerage, appraisal and advisory firm based in Southwest Ohio.
Dave is a highly credentialed professional, holding the prestigious MAI and CCIM designations. His expertise is further backed by his status as a licensed Real Estate Principal Broker and General Real Estate Appraiser in Ohio. A dedicated advocate for regional growth, he is an Emeritus Board Member and Past President of NAIOP Ohio and actively supports economic development through organizations like the Dayton Development Coalition, OneColumbus and REDI Cincinnati.
