Willie Morris is a dedicated higher education professional and proud University of Dayton alumnus, holding both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from UD. As the Assistant Director of the Crotty Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership, Willie specializes in fostering creative and entrepreneurial mindsets and advancing the responsible integration of artificial intelligence in education.
Prior to his current role, Willie served as Associate Director of Graduate and Professional Education at UD, where he played a pivotal role in the coordination, planning, and development of certificate programs, alternative credentials, micro-credentials, mini courses, and other educational initiatives.
Willie also served as Assistant Director of Education Engagement at the Institute of Applied Creativity for Transformation (IACT), an academic institute at UD dedicated to equipping students with vital creative competencies for today’s workforce. His work at IACT encompassed engagement coordination—ranging from video production, social media management, and data analysis to copywriting, graphic design, and event coordination.
