Chelsea Rooney is the Assistant Director for Leadership Programs at the Center for Leadership. In this role, she oversees logistics for the Supervisory Leadership Cohort.
Before joining the staff at the Center, Chelsea worked in Student Development at UD for nine years, focusing on leadership education and organizational development. She is a certified Enneagram Assessment coach and NASPA Certified Peer Education Trainer.
Chelsea received her BA in Organizational Communication and Master's in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Missouri. She is currently pursuing her doctorate in Educational Leadership at the University of Dayton, focusing on positional leadership challenges.
