Amy Hill is the Assistant Director, Leadership Programs. In this role, she designs and delivers high-quality leadership programs for executives, emerging leaders, supervisors and professionals.
With a passion for helping people recognize their potential and turning insight into action, Amy brings experience in leadership development, learning, coaching, communication and organizational effectiveness. Her approach is grounded in curiosity, authenticity and the belief that meaningful leadership starts with understanding people.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys writing, exploring ideas about leadership and personal growth, and finding humanity in everyday life. She also appreciates good conversation, comedy, a little time to recharge and opportunities to explore something new.
