Jen Cadieux is the Assistant Director, Leadership Programs. In this role, she oversees and manages the Professional Development curriculum and assists with individual businesses' custom programming. This includes working with business partners and potential participants, supporting participant success, curriculum design, logistics coordination, assessment, and evaluation.
Jen is a certified Leadership Practice Inventory (LPI) Coach and an Everything DiSC facilitator. She is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
Jen received her MBA from the University of Dayton in 2025 and a B.A. in Communication from the University of Dayton in 2005.
