Jennifer Cadieux is the Senior Assistant Director, Leadership Programs. In this role, she oversees and manages the Professional Development curriculum and manages an individual business's custom programming. This includes working with business partners and potential participants by supporting participant success through facilitation, curriculum design, logistics coordination, administering assessments, and program evaluation.
She facilitates a variety of programs. Jennifer holds credentials as a DiSC facilitator, Accountability facilitator, and a certified Leadership Practice Inventory (LPI) Coach, along with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Jennifer enjoys playing kickball and other intramural sports, cheering on the Flyers at basketball games, and being a staunch advocate for downtown Dayton. Jennifer embodies enthusiasm, passion, and meticulous attention to detail. She's a proactive problem solver, self-starter, and adept relationship-builder, with a knack for creative thinking and idea generation.
Jennifer received her MBA from the University of Dayton in 2025 and a B.A. in Communication from the University of Dayton in 2005.
