Carlos Rodriguez

Carlos Rodriguez is a 2018 graduate from the University of Dayton with a degree in Human Rights Studies. He was a special education teacher and department head in San Antonio for two years through Teach for America. He joins the team as a Malawi Graduate Fellow (2020-21) and Graduate Assistant at the Human Rights Center. Carlos is committed to his work with disability rights.
