Leticia De Leon is a graduate of the University of Dayton with a B.S.B.A. in International Business Management from Bethesda, Md. As an undergraduate, she was President of Delta Sigma Pi and a Career Peer Mentor at Career Services. She is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Dayton. At the Human Rights Center, she serves as the Graduate Assistant for Programs while working closely with Abolition Ohio and assisting the Student Engagement interns. She is passionate about human rights advocacy and wants to foster collaboration between different educational backgrounds to tackle these issues.
