Profile

Olive Ozioma Ekohchukwukelu is an accomplished graduate of the Wisconsin International University in Ghana, having earned a B.A. in Business Studies with a specialization in accounting. Additionally, she holds a PGD in Education from the National Open University of Nigeria, and is currently pursuing her masters in business administration at the University of Dayton, with an expected graduation date of 2025.

As a graduate assistant at the Human Rights Center, Olive is responsible for supporting the HRC's initiatives. Her work and research interests within the field of Human Rights are primarily focused on women's rights and empowerment, the abolition of human trafficking and modern-day slavery, grant sourcing and implementation for projects in Africa.

Upon completion of her degree, Olive is eager to continue her advocacy and outreach efforts within the realm of human rights, ideally through employment with an international organization or non-governmental organization.
