Profile

Teresa joined the Department of Geology and Environmental Geosciences in May 2022 as the Administrative Assistant to the Chair. She has enjoyed getting acquainted with the UD community and the fabulous faculty of this department. While she is originally from northern Ohio, she has lived in the Dayton region for over 30 years. In 2011, she moved to Florida with her husband. They enjoyed the Sunshine State for many years, but decided to move back to Dayton in 2020 (during the pandemic) to be closer to her kids and grandkids. Between her and her husband, they have six children and 11 grandchildren. As the grandkids continue to get older, they become more and more involved in sports, so there's plenty to keep her and her husband busy when they aren’t working. They also enjoy traveling and spending time with friends. Since her husband is from Amsterdam, they love visiting family there. Their next big adventure is a trip out West in the Spring of 2024.
