Profile
Samantha Kennedy is the Director of Grants and Assessment for Community Engaged Programs in the Fitz Center for Leadership and Community at the University of Dayton. She is a triple alum of the University of Dayton with her B.A., M.A., MPA, and a certificate in Nonprofit and Community Leadership. She has worked in the field of community engagement since 2016, originally working in the Center for Social Concern running student programming as the Coordinator of Community Engagement. In her current role, she leads the University of Dayton’s Carnegie Community Engagement Reclassification process, designs and implements assessment of community engagement programs and supports faculty, staff and community partners. She is originally from Bright, Ind., and now lives in the Dayton region with her husband and daughter. In her spare time, she loves to hike, go to local coffee shops, play board games and spend time with friends and family.
