Profile
Dr. R. Alan Kimbrough is an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Music where he teaches organ. He is also a Professor Emeritus of English, having retired from the University of Dayton in 2017. Most of his pre-secondary education was with Warsaw public schools in Warsaw, Illinois. He has been a faculty member of the department since 1969 and served as department chairperson from 1980 to 1988. He was the director of the University Honors and Scholars Programs from 1991 to 2000 and served as the director of the Prelaw Program from 2004 to 2010.
