Emily Wilkins joined the holistic academic advising team in 2025 after working at UD as the Director of Student Development Assessment and Planning since 2019. Emily has also served at UD as a First-Year Seminar Instructor and Advisor for CAS Discover students since 2020.
Emily received her Ph.D. in Administration of Higher Education from Auburn University, with graduate certificates in Program Evaluation and College and University Teaching. While at Auburn, Emily worked in the Office of Assessment and Strategic Planning in Student Affairs, and she also taught first-year seminar courses for incoming students.
