Catherine Austin

Catherine Austin is the Administrative Coordinator for the Dean’s Office in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Dayton. She provides essential operational support to the College’s leadership team and serves as a primary point of contact for faculty, staff and students. With a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and a focus in marketing, she applies a strategic, detail-oriented mindset to ensure the smooth functioning of the College's administrative hub.

Catherine is passionate about the intersection of business efficiency and the liberal arts mission, thriving on collaborative problem-solving within the UD community. Outside of the office, she lives with her husband, Mike — the head swim coach for the Springfield Family YMCA "SPY" — and their two cats.
