Profile
Mr. Enright spent 23 years in the field of broadcast television, the last six as the assistant news director of WKEF/WRGT in Dayton. Enright was also an executive producer at CBS affiliate WHIO-TV in 2011 when Cox Media Group combined the operations of its Dayton-area newspaper, TV, radio and digital divisions into a single organization. The result was a truly collaborative newsroom that provided content for all of Cox’s local media properties, including News Center 7, the Dayton Daily News and WHIO Radio.
As a staff member, Enright brings a wealth of broadcast experience and numerous connections in the communication field. Enright is also a graduate of the University of Dayton and is very familiar with the campus and the importance of community and the role that Marianist values play at UD.
In 2020, Enright was award the Department of Communication’s Ellen M. Murphy Outstanding Advising Award for the work he does with students seeking internships or career advice.
