Adding a Child to the Waitlist

To add a child to the Bombeck Family Learning Center waitlist, complete a waitlist form and return it to the Bombeck Family Learning Center. You may also email your waitlist form to our administrative staff at bombeck@udayton.edu.

Note: There is no guarantee your child will be enrolled. Enrollment depends on space availability; priority and date of waitlist submission.

If a Position Becomes Available

• We will notify you 6 weeks before enrollment.
• We'll set up a pre-enrollment conference for parents and teachers to exchange information and address concerns.
• You'll be asked to review the center's handbook and sign the agreement to abide by center policies.
• You'll also complete an enrollment packet and submit necessary medical paperwork.
• Prior to the first day of attendance, you and your child can visit the center and your child's classroom.

Update a Previous Waitlist Submission

Call the Center at 937-229-2158 to change your contact information or to update information about your child (for example, if you applied for the wait list before the child was born, and now that they are here we would like to know their name/gender/birthdate/etc).

Note: Spaces at the Center are limited. We are not able to respond to every request, due to the large number of inquires we receive. If a position becomes available, we will notify you six weeks before enrollment.

1. University of Dayton family with a sibling enrolled at Bombeck Family Learning Center
2. Non-University of Dayton family with a sibling enrolled at Bombeck Family Learning Center
3. University of Dayton family without a sibling enrolled at Bombeck Family Learning Center
4. University of Dayton student
5. University of Dayton alumni
6. General public
