Explore careers and jobs: Talk to professionals in an informational interview where you can gather information about a job, career field, industry or workplace so you can determine if it's a good fit for you.
Find a job: By talking to people about your qualifications, positions and employers of interests, you may hear of leads and other resources.

You can used LinkedIn to find professionals in your areas of interest. Join the Alumni Career Network Group in LinkedIn to build your professional network and. LinkedIn offers an "Alumni" resource to search where alumni from your university work and live.

Flyer Connection

Flyer Connection is the University's online networking and mentoring platform for students and alumni. The platform is a chance to give back to the UD community. Alumni can:

Share advice and foster professional relationships with students.
Search the community and reach out to alumni who you want to learn from, ask questions, or simply to check-in with.
Use the platform's video-chat feature to connect face-to-face with a fellow Flyer.
Join affinity-based and industry groups to share experiences or pose a question.
Build a professional network with other alumni.

Alumni Business Directory

Alumni business owners have the ability to promote their business in the Alumni Business Directory hosted within Flyer Connection. Creating a listing takes only a few minutes. Simply log into Flyer Connection, select the 'Resource' tab, click on 'Create Resource,' and fill out the requested information. Businesses that are submitted must be owned by a UD alum and the alum needs to be the individual submitting the request. Each post will be reviewed before it is published. Inclusion does not constitute an endorsement by the University.
