The National Weather Service has issued a cold weather advisory until noon Saturday for wind chills as low as nine below zero. As cold weather persists, the University wants to remind our community about tips for protecting yourself, your residences and your property, plus dealing with winter weather. These will be posted on UD's emergency preparedness and response page, along with updates on weather alerts, event cancellations and building closures.

Nurturing Novice Teachers through Community and Faith

Lalanne is an initiative of the UD Center for Catholic Education. We specialize in supporting you, a beginning Catholic school educator, by combining service and teaching. Our focus on Education majors, along with the support of UD's nationally-recognized Department of Teacher Education, creates this unique opportunity. You'll learn not only from your professors, community members and mentors, but from your own students as you navigate the joys and challenges of your first and second years of teaching.
