Writing history
A mural depicting a timeline of the university is being installed on the walls of the second floor hallway in St. Mary’s Hall. The timeline denotes important milestones throughout the history of UD. Take a stroll down this hallway, and you may learn something new. Did you know that the chapel was consecrated on June 24, 1869, or that LaShea Smith ’91 was named the first recipient of the W.S. McIntosh Memorial Leadership Award? There’s so much to learn about our history. And now thanks to this new installation, all you have to do is take a quick trip over to St. Mary’s Hall.
