The day the sun showed up
Do you remember that sunny day we had this week? The light seemed to instantly lift our moods. Students were studying outside, in places like the Gazebo. Or they met friends for a beverage outside the Heritage Coffeehouse. Some even stopped for a swing in the plaza by the fountain. It seemed as if a genuine effort was being made to linger outside and get some fresh air as the sun shone down. Here’s hoping we have a few more days like this to get us through to springtime.
