Shorts in January
It’s mid-January in Dayton, Ohio, and today’s high temperature reached 60 degrees. Local meteorologists predicted gusty winds, but the bold ones among us still confidently strode across campus in their apparel choices for the day: shorts. Yep, you read that correctly, shorts in January. Of course, this mild weather is almost always a temporary situation. A tenuous soap bubble floating across the sky until it pops and drips back down to earth.
