It was a day off of summer training camp, but these football players got a workout anyway as they greeted incoming students at Marycrest, Founders and Stuart residence halls, filling carts and lugging all student belongings to their rooms so the families didn’t have to. “It was nice to be able to alleviate that stress and let them focus on setting up their student’s room,” said Cameron Specht, a senior marketing major and wide receiver. Since football players move to campus early, Specht has helped all four years. “It was great being a freshman helping other freshmen. We got to know each other. They are people I still talk to today, remembering when we all moved in, together.”
