Food truck rally
What a great way to attract students to an event: bring in some food trucks. The Student Government Association, in an effort to raise awareness about the organization and its efforts, held a food truck rally in Central Mall. As a PATH point event that also helped students earn points toward their housing preference for next year, the food truck rally succeeded in attracting many students to the information tables to learn about vital community service and meaningful service-learning. Another example of SGA involvement is the recycling bin program, and SGA representatives handed out stickers to remind students of sustainability efforts.
