Lenten season begins
The Liturgy of the Word held Wednesday morning, Feb. 26, kicked off the Lenten season with the Distribution of Ashes. Students, faculty and community members gathered in the Chapel of the Immaculate Conception to listen the lay leader of prayer Kelly Adamson speak on the importance of Lent (pictured). Eleven Ash Wednesday services were offered for the campus community, including at the chapels where students live in Adele and Marycrest halls.
