Time for a tune-up
Boll Theater’s stage piano is a five foot, eight inch, Yamaha G-2, grand. The dryness of winter makes pianos go out of tune. That’s when UD Piano Technician, Jennifer Hohman, springs into action. Jennifer tunes each of the university’s sixty pianos so they play like a well oiled watch. It takes about 90 minutes to tune a piano. Then, Jennifer moves on to another piano.
