Our name says “Women’s” but we serve all students by promoting the equality of all gender identities, utilizing and modeling intersectional and anti-oppression framework, and advocating for an equitable University culture and community for all.

    Negotiating salaries and benefits is a challenge for individuals at all stages of their careers. We facilitate Start Smart Workshops designed for students about to enter the job market to learn strategies and skills to negotiate their starting salaries.

    Parenting Resources

    The Women’s Center strives to make UD as inclusive and supportive as possible for all student parents. This includes policy recommendations for administrators, evaluation of existing services, and providing information about resources for families in the Dayton area and surrounding communities.
