Melinda is known for striving to bring glimmers of joy to others and has devoted her life to utilizing her talents for the betterment of the community. Melinda is the Director, Clery Compliance & Records Coordinator. She brings her full, authentic self to everything she does, even when in the midst of intense personal challenges. She’s an ardent supporter of and advocate for others. She celebrates people for who they are, welcomes them to be themselves, honors their gifts and talents, and encourages them to be the best they can be. Melinda's unwavering dedication to the university is unparalleled. Melinda extends her support to past, present, and future students, creating a safe space where they can seek guidance and assistance. Melinda was pinned by 2023 Women of UD honoree, Heather Parsons.
