Mary Ann Dodaro

Mary Ann is known for continuing to get up, show up and excel through all of this adversity. Mary Ann Dodaro is the Coordinator for Faculty and Staff Affairs for the School of Engineering. She is deeply committed to ensuring people feel valued, and goes out of her way to take care of people. She cares deeply about UD and sustaining a culture and climate of inclusion and care. She is a critical team member to all hiring and provides significant guidance and leadership to all other personnel related issues and tasks, and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. Mary Ann was pinned by 2019 Women of UD honoree, Margie Pinnell.
