Julia is known for striving to be a success partner with students, helping through whatever issues they may face that might impede their success. Julia is the Director of Student Success for Community College Partnerships and Alumna Class of 2005 and 2022. Julia takes a holistic approach to advising students, understanding that many factors contribute to students’ success, including work demands, family concerns, and health and well-being. Julia also advocates and creates space for herself, playing tennis regularly and is involved in the music ministry of her church. Julia was pinend by 2018 Women of UD honoree, Rev. Dr. Donna Cox.
