Chelsea is known as championing an intersectional approach to incorporating equity and belonging into every facet of her work, and is truly and without a doubt, a rock star. Chelsea is the Assistant Director, Student Leadership Programs. She encourages all students to attend and learn more about the specific leadership topic. She expresses her concern and support for students to gain academic knowledge, and further their commitment to leadership and equality in society. Her ability to persevere, advocate for her students (and herself when needed) and show compassion for others is unmatched. Chelsea was pinned by 2018 Women of UD honoree, Amy Lopez-Matthews.
