ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF EAST CAMPUS / HOUSING AND RESIDENCE LIFE

Cecilia is known for being a great example of how to be professional while also being authentic and vulnerable. Cecilia is the Assistant Director of East Campus for Housing and Residence Life. Cecilia understands how draining it is to serve on an on-call rotation and how Higher Education, no matter what department you work in, expects you to set aside your humanity for the sake of the job. But she refuses to be a part of a system that does that and advocates for changes that bring humanity back to our work. Cecilia was pinned by 2022 Women of UD honoree, Christina Smith.
