ALUMNA CLASS OF 1981

Annette is known for sharing her wisdom and experience, encouraging students and giving advice, helping them learn new things and make connections. Annette is an adjunct faculty in pre-medical programs and is an alumna of 1981. Dr. Chavez understands that the growth and learning that UD students experience is not simply in the realm of academics. She knows that future medical providers must develop holistically, both in order to be competitive applicants to medical school (admissions is actually quite holistic) and more importantly to be prepared for a life of service to others in the medical profession. Annette was pinned by 2018 Women of UD honoree, Kathleen Henderson.
